When do you restock?

Shopping bags and other products are restocked weekly. All colors and sizes come back in stock periodically. Restocks happen at SHOP.TELFAR.NET only. Restocks are announced in advance on INSTAGRAM and TELFAR TV, or get the fastest updates by signing up to our mailing list HERE.

How many bags can I purchase at one time?

Orders are limited to ONE bag, per color, per size, per day. This means you can order ONE of each size on a single color drop day.

What is Bag Security Program (BSP)?

This is a limited-time event where you can pre-order any color, size, and quantity of our bags. Once your order is placed we CAN NOT accept any changes or cancelations whatsoever. Orders ship between 3-6 months after the date your order was placed.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased directly on our site here.

Is there a number I can call?

No, all of our customer service is handled via email. For any questions or concerns please email us at shop@telfar.net.

How are your products sized?

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS are unisex — For clothing, if you are between sizes we recommend choosing the larger size. while for shoes, we recommend the opposite. FOR SHOES, PLEASE FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATION ON THE PRODUCT PAGE AS THE FIT MAY RUN LARGER OR SMALLER DEPENDING ON THE STYLE.
